When there was a time conflict, I was contacted by email immediately and they were flexible as far as getting me in at a time that worked for me. The cleaners were right on time, very friendly and polite and positive, and just worked like quiet little elves as quickly and thoroughly as possible. They were very open to hearing my priorities before they began, and I felt comfortable bringing anything up to them if something had arisen (it didn't). So easy, and very reasonably priced!
